Download and getting started
Monk Space is available on the App Store. Download the app, sign in with Apple, and start with the free tier or a 7-day Pro trial.
Subscriptions and refunds
App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple Support. Subscriptions from getmonk.space are billed on the web: cancel from the billing link in your receipt email, and email us about a refund. In the app, Manage subscription in Settings opens the right place for either.
Account and privacy
Delete your account from in-app Settings, or email us to request export or deletion of your data.
Technical issues
Include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. We respond within two business days.
