From the founder
I built Monk Space because I was desperately needing change. The doom scrolling, the mental noise, the endless anxiety, the constant feeling of moving through my entire life on autopilot... all of it eventually became too much and I couldn't take it anymore.
This app is my honest attempt at building something that actually helps move the needle forward, not some screen time blocker or another will-power tool that you can easily work around.
My hope is that this app will eventually become something we can all use to address the cause of our over-stimulated world, improve our mental health together, and fix a broken system that seems to only address the superficial symptoms.
Your subscription keeps this app (and me) alive and allows me to continue improving it for the greater good.
